“My name is Michael Hoffer and I’m the founder of AirPark… started in 1989 and what it is, is an off-airport long term parking for the Winnipeg International Airport featuring benefits of the airport itself doesn’t offer such as the convenience of being picked up at your car and transported to the terminal, and then when you return being picked up at the terminal and transported right back to your car. Indoor parking is optional as well. Arrive at AirPark, take a ticket from either the outdoor or indoor dispenser. Come in and park anywhere on the lot that there is a space. The shuttle will arrive within a few minutes, usually less than fives and come up to your car, load your luggage for you, get you and your passengers loaded and take the short two minute ride to the terminal. The shuttle meets all arrivals at the arrivals level, the lower level of the terminal, Exit two. Passengers are taken back to their car and luggage unloaded. If assistance is required, for example, battery boost or compressed air for a low tire, we see to it. People may not know that AirPark costs considerable less than the airport parkade. People feel more secure in a fully-fenced compound with personnel onsite 24 hours a day. Since 1989 AirPark has never had an incidence of vandalism or car theft. The convenience, the shelter from the weather, the extra security, all of that adds up to a better parking experience. Our customers keep coming back because of that.”
