Concorde Group entered Calgary’s hospitality scene in 1987 and 25 years later has grown to become one of Canada’s largest and most diverse hospitality companies. Managing 15 of the City’s most unique entertainment and dining experiences, Concorde became one of BizBOXTV Calgary’s first web video production clients in 2009. Since then, BizBOXTV has produced numerous videos for Concorde’s various venues, events and other efforts that required web video to best tell it’s story. Whether looking for a seat on a patio, a gourmet meal, a counter-served burger and shake or a night out on the town, Concorde’s always at the heart of fun offering something for all Calgarians… and via web video, BizBOXTV was able to capture and highlight the variety this group offers.
SKY 360, Calgary Tower Restaurant
Located atop the Calgary Tower, SKY 360 Restaurant is a popular spot for both Calgarians and tourists alike. This was one of the first of many videos BizBOXTV created for Concorde’s Calgary venues. The client wanted to capture the diversity of the location, when it came to lunch-hour dining, dinners, brunch, events… and highlight the fact that Calgary Tower ‘elevation fees’ would be complimentary for diners. Needless to say, capturing the amazing view was also part of this web video production plan.

Flames Central
This World Class Sports & Entertainment Venue in Calgary was also one of the venues Concorde wanted to profile via web video with BizBOXTV. With the action-packed and exciting NHL-playoff excitement, Flames Central’s atmosphere lent itself to an action-packed and fun video.
Flames Central also launched “Flames Central TV” with the help of BizBOXTV, in which we were also able to cover & feature events held at the venue, under the branded Web TV show’s umbrella. Two events, which you can see profiled on the right include #YYC4Haiti, a local “Tweetup” Fundraiser & the Calgary Choice Awards Gala.

Wildhorse Saloon
Located in the heart of downtown Calgary, 2010 marked pivotal year for the Wildhorse Saloon to claim the status of being THE Stampede party headquarters! From start to finish, BizBOXTV’s cameras captured the entire 10-hour assembly process of the giant party tent… and sped the process up into this 30 second visual adventure that was also shared via many local media outlets that year. BizBOXTV also went *inside* in the Wildhorse tent… to capture great video of people having an awesome time, in order to combine first time-lapse video with ‘action’ shots – which was then used in a fresh web video production for the following year’s marketing campaign. One of Concorde’s newest properties, WEST Restaurant and Bar in Calgary is everything you’d expect in terms of a fresh take on casual dining, a lively place to sit and be social, and a stunning example of meticulous décor. Having BizBOXTV part of it’s launch plan was an important part of WEST’s initial strategy, which saw BizBOXTV produce a number of web videos for the Calgary market… including Event Coverage videos, Venue Profiles, Event Promotions & an awesome Web TV Cooking segment!
